Project leader

Project Leaders are individuals who initiate a service project or initiative within the Project LastDrop Youth Leadership Program. For example, if you would like to start an initiative to send type one diabetes medical supplies to developing countries, this is definitely the route to take.

Requirements

  • Be in high school.

  • Be involved with our program for a minimum of two months.

  • Be a current and active member or representative of the program.

  • Raise a minimum of $500 for the JDRF Miami One Walk and attend the walk.

  • Participate in one more event per year other than the JDRF One Walk.

  • Be willing to dedicate time to carry out your project.


Representative

Representatives are individuals who help with some of the tasks within the Project LastDrop Youth Leadership Program that keep things running smoothly. You could be part of a wide array of projects, such as aiding in coordinating community events, helping out on the Social Media Campaign, or be have a leadership position at one of the school clubs.

Requirements

  • Be in high school.

  • Be involved with our program for a minimum of one month.

  • Be a current and active member of the program.

  • Raise a minimum of $150 for the JDRF Miami One Walk and attend the walk.

  • Participate in one more event per year other than the JDRF One Walk.

  • Be willing to help out with one task either weekly or bi-weekly.
